The blinking collar is very visible in the dark. Cars slow down to take a double-take. It is a bit loose on our small dog so the lit portion sometimes shifts to under his neck. We solved that problem by slipping the collar under his usual harness to keep it in place. Great value for the price that we got it for.Customer Review: Jasmines mom

I have a small black dog and I am a RV'er... many of our parks are far out of town and have little or no lighting... even using a flash light I have tripped over my pooch... this collar definitely helps keep track of her.Customer Review: Bright but unbalancd

This certainly makes it easy to see our dog in the dark. He is small and likes to lie in dark areas where we trip over him.
The only proble with the collar is that the battery pack unbalances it so that the reflective/flashing part of the collar shows on the right side only. I think it is fine product that needs a little more work

Two weeks ago I purchased two collars for my male and female American Bulldogs, and the male's collar is already showing signs of wear and the "button" used to turn on the LED light has a sharp edge that appears to be working it's way through the collar. I would also point out that the ring to hang their tags off of is centered in the illuminated strip and slides down under their neck so that the blinking light is under their chin and not on the back of their necks where they would be more readily seen. Overall it was a waste of my money.
