EDIT - Noticed that the lens has noticeable "waves" in it (sorry don't know how else to describe it). You can see the imperfections/distortions and it definitely gets in the way of examining things clearly. I would have rated this lower had I noticed.

I wish I had been paying attention, then I would have realized how small it was before buying it. I'm giving it a 5 because it does what it states quite well. Cool feature: It slides out all the way (2 click detents), you get the light. Slide it out to one click detent and no light. That's great! You can save the battery if you don't need the light.
Very small magnification window, though. Again, not a negative, I wasn't paying attention. Just be aware of that.
