I just received this in the mail about ten minutes ago as it was a birthday present for my mom. At $12 I really wasn't expecting much, but after opening it up, it's much sturdier than I thought it would be! It holds more water and oil than my other warmers and I like that it's in a little mini-cup as my other warmers that have more shallow reservoirs tend to spill over if my desk accidentally shakes, which is a pain.
My only issue with it is that the spot where the candle sits could have been made slightly larger. It's just a little bit too small and the candle sits in there a little bit awkwardly, but it doesn't look silly or anything.
Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase. Very fast shipping, and well packaged too!
