Customer Review: Does cut down cleaning time, but has limitations and possible DEFECTS!

If you want to do some crazy cleaning, like the kind you can only do on your hands and knees with a toothbrush, this is the tool for you. This tool would have been a god-send during my last pregnancy 'nesting' period and it certainly does have its pros. As I said before, if you clean with a toothbrush, this will definitely help you as it is like a toothbrush on steroids. HOWEVER, the head that it comes with is not sufficient for this type of cleaning. For getting into the tiniest nooks and crannies, you need to buy a supplementary brush set with the cone head (to get into places like the corners of your shower tile.)
Also, although it does say that it is water tight, my tool ended up taking in water in the battery compartment. Under the claim that it was waterproof, I used it in all kinds of wet places. One day, while I was in another room, I started hearing strange noises from the kitchen - the scrubber had turned itself on! I kept turning it off, but the water in the compartment must have created some kind of short circuit. Needless to say, I dumped the water out and let it dry, but it never worked again and I ended up throwing it away. So, if you do decide to purchase it, you might want to check it after each use to make sure the battery compartment is still dry.
Despite that defect, I will probably buy another one (especially since I am pregnant again and the cleaning toothbrushes are starting to call out to me.) So, if you need some major detail cleaning and are willing to spend the extra money to get the other heads and take the extra effort to check it after each use, I would recommend this product. If you want to clean large areas and aren't that particular if each little chink is free of dirt, this is a waste of money. What's your style of clean?
(Another note, the batteries that it comes with do not last too long. The scrubber was MUCH more effective when I replaced them with my own batteries even thought the battery tester said that the original batteries still had a lot of juice in them. So, quality batteries are key!)

In the bathroom about the only thing it does better than other scrubbers, or your hand, is cleaning the grout lines in tile and get in tight places around the drain or overflow drain. And even in these spots it would be a tool for a quicker, less-than-perfect clean up. Doesn't do a five-star job on anything.Customer Review: What a coincidence!

I was very impressed with the reviews by R.Veal, P.Nutter, J. Jacobsen and R. Mchood. It sure looked improbably that this little gadget was such a cleaning powerhouse. So that's why I also looked to see what other reviews those guys wrote and guess what? They each reviewed ONLY this product! What a coincidence! It was almost like some scam artist signed up with four separate accounts and then wrote a single bogus review on each account.
Buyer beware, this thing looks like a cheap battery powered toothbrush. If you really think it'll clean your bathroom floor then I'm sure you'll also believe the other reviews.
