I have many SOSS products including this one.
They do make great products and they do not look cheap.
They are solid in build and design.
These are simple to install, just install one side and align the other.
It is must easier with a drill to install these.
The magnet is really strong and it can hold our garage fire door open.
However it is also not too strong that it wont take that much effort to unlatch it.
Great product.
