The company sent an empty box to my home. Upon trying to contact I get no response via phone or e-mail. Thier phone states "phone is not working" and refers you to another incomplete telephone number. Protect yourself and your money and do not even bother with this vendor!!!!

9/20/10: The company made good on the order after I finally got in touch with them. The package sent to me had the filter in it and it fit the frig with out a problem. Also, they did not make me jump through hoops to prove the package that came in was missing the product.
I am happy now and will use them again in the future!
