Customer Review: works, though imperfect

It's been working fine on my kitchen cabinet, but there are two issues to know about.
1) Does not work for cabinets with handles that are very close together. The lock could not be opened normally on a set of doors where the handles are 1.75 inches apart.
2) The plastic straps are a bit brittle. One of the straps cracked. Fortunately, it cracked below the latch, so the item is still operable.
