...but it came missing two screws. One of the screws that holds the brass interior cover on, and the third screw that secures the lock through the door. It's a very substantial and secure product that works well, but it caused me to have to make a run to the hardware store which should not have been necessary. I didn't have the time to deal with returning it which would have cost me more than just buying th missing screws. This is how it was packed at the factory, it wasn't an Amazon issue. Now that it's installed, I'm very happy with it. It holds many combinations and programmed without difficulty.Customer Review: Nice lock - Easy install

This is a very nice lock. It looks great and the light-up keypad is wonderful. The install is pretty easy, although I didn't use the included strike plate, as I would have had to route out the door jam as it is larger than a standard one. I didn't buy this for added security, but for convenience. My 2 teenagers keep losing their keys, now problem solved. I would like to put one on my other door too.Customer Review: Very convenient - no keys required!

Now I don't have to worry weather our son left with his keys or not nor do I have to worry weather a house guest has a key or not. Very easy to install. Fits right into the place of existing locks. When we had a kitchen renovation going on for 2 months, we created a new code for the contractor. He used to come in go while we were at work. Once the project was over, I deleted the code and that's it.Customer Review: Excellent Product!! No more keys!

I just bought a new house, and was going to re-key all the locks from previous owner. The DIY kit I found online sucks (hint hint), and to pay a locksmith nearly the same amount I thought I'd try this one. Works great, and I bought another one for my other deadbolt entry. Nice thing is that you can just get a "passage" handle to go with it instead of carrying all those keys!Customer Review: Stellar

I have used other combination keyless locks before and this is by far superior to all. I especially liked the fact that it came with both rectangular and rounded bolt applications, due to the fact that my existing doors have round bolt receptacles and I had a seemless installation. It also is more solid than most for similar price. I would buy another.
