I bought a set of these for shooting trap. They are absolutely great. Comfort is far superior to over the ear muffs (particularly so in warm weather)and putting them on and off is a quicker operation than the plugs. You can even wear them with a hat. Follow the instructions on rotating as you put them on for best "seal" on noise. I have a noisy paper folding machine in my print shop and these are great! Imagine the sound of a piece of paper hitting a wall perpendicular at 100mph, now do that 100 times a minute. It sounds like a machine gun! These cut all the bad noise and still let me hear the phone ring. Better than bulky earmuffs or annoying stick-in earplugs. This is the best set of ear plugs that you can get, regardless of price. I was shocked to see how well they worked. $25 is more than reasonable, and I don't have to worry about changing batteries in them like most similar devices.
