Use as wet mop or dry dust mop for cleaning hardwood floor, tile or laminate flooring . This thinner flat woven micro fiber mop cover glides easily whether wet or dry. Sh-Micro makes a SH-MOP , Bona Mop, or similar mop into a "Swiffer" clone with a huge surface area. Micro-fibers attract dirt, whether wet or dry. Sh-Micro dusting cover cleans pergo floors, hardwood floors or tile or vinyl. Elasticized edge fits SH-Mop base and other 15" x 8" bases. Hardwood floor owners remember: Fine dust and grit often remain after vacuuming or sweeping hardwood floors. Sh-Micro covers quickly attract the fine grit remains. Then your damp mop does not scour floors with gritty dust. Wet with water to wipe up grease and grime. I have both the cotton covers and the microfiber. I think I like the microfiber one better. With the cotton, you can flip it over to use the second side, but this microfiber one rinses cleaner than the cotton.
