After doing research I found really no one cat repellent works on all cats. The same seems to be true for this product. I sprinkled this everywhere the stray cats have been going in my yard. I was disappointed that I used almost the full 20oz on the first application.
I had mixed results, while there were still several cat piles, my mother said she did observe one cat completely avoid the area that I sprinkled some in. So I believe that the three isolated places I'm finding piles is just one stubborn cat. Which would make sense since I have two large dogs in that yard that has not deterred it yet.
I have reapplied the product directly to the areas that the cats have returned to. After the third morning I seem to be making headway as there was only one pile instead of three. Unfortunately I'm all out of Shake Away now, and I'm not really sure if it's worth it to keep buying this and having to apply it every night.

the listing on Amazon was not clear about the product. Did a search for chipmunk relellent and ended up with product made for household cats (not the same product used for chipmunks). Works ok if used in heavy dosages, not worth sending back for refund (I found out that the seller didn't even carry the product made for chipmunks). Product probably good for intended use, I'm just unhappy with my Amazon shopping experience.Customer Review: I was pleased
