As usual the order process with Amazon went perfect. We received the product on time and it was exactly what we expected. Its heavy duty and easy to use. It certainly takes the strain off your arms to lift heavy objects. But that strain goes right to your back and shoulders. The product does come with ample warning that this is the case. My wife and I were able to get some furniture moved that we would not have otherwise but our backs paid the price. I would recommend this for the occasional move but not for use of a prolonged nature.
