Ok, first off, everyone is different and has different builds and tastes and so on and so forth, but as for me, THIS PILLOW IS FREAKIN AWSOME, so awsome in fact i bought one for my husband this xmas. And he loves it too. And as for the lady who had her son write a video, that is horrible, come on people, this kind of product is really an opinion and taste issue, like food, not everyone likes the same thing, some like hard some like soft some like medium, who is to say. but let me tell you, i get hot and this really cools me off, works better though if you don't use a pillow case for the cool issue. But it's goes beyond that, the pillow is just really comfy, like sleeping on hard air, i know that does not make sense but it supportive but soft at the same time. It does not sink and loose its shape over time, it springs right back into place. If you have back problems this pillow will not solve them, loosing weight and back exercises will (not a pillow you dummy) do don't look for this as a fast alternative to back problem issues. Anyway I would have givin this pillow a 10 stars if they had that option, just try it, it will be the best purchase ever made!Customer Review: The search is finally over...

...for a reasonably priced pillow that gives a good night sleep (for me, anyway!) Aside from some super-pricey white goose down pillows, these have been the best pillows we've owned. Most regular pillows are great for the first few weeks or months, and then they start to pack down and cause pressure point problems. However, this gusseted pillow is the perfect 'height' and firmness for side-sleeping, and also allows very comfortable back sleeping, as well. The memory foam slowly conforms as you lay down and nestle in. Just like our memory foam mattress, it gently 'cradles' where you need support, without being too hard. No tossing and turning - helps me sleep all the way through the night without waking. Plus the 'Iso-Cool' feature really seems to work nicely, especially as you are falling asleep. First let me say that I've been through what seems like a million pillows to finally find one that is comfortable and stays that way. I love this pillow. It's just thick enough for me (about 5" to start compressing to about 4" in use). It does not accumulate heat or feel hard on the head like other memory foam pillows. After a month of use it shows no signs of any compression changes (most pillows I have used tend to lose support and flatten in a relatively short time). The profile is closer to flat (it is bowed somewhat) than most pillows so you get some neck support instead of hinging your neck. This is the perfect pillow for a side sleeper and/or a CPAP user as your head doesn't sink so much into it. I highly recommend this pillow.Customer Review: Great pillow, great price! Odor? Since so many reviews, I won't rehash what's been said, so great price, pillow is just right firmness (that is an individual preference though) and better than the $130 tempurpedic pillow I bought and returned.
I'm surprised people are complaining about the odor. Yes, when you first unpack it, it has the new foam smell to it, but it quickly disappears after a few hours, and completely gone in a few days.
Love that it is gusseted! Works well on back or side. My first gusseted pillow and will never go back to a normal pillow. It provides nice neck support.
Get it if you like these kinds of pillows that support your neck. I always bunched up my normal pillow under my neck, now I don't have to!

I received this item in a timely manner and used it the same night. I didn't notice any smell at all. The pillow is fairly heavy, but it gives it a solid, sturdy feel. It is made out of some sort of material that is neither too soft or too firm. It is just right. Since using it for a few weeks I can honestly say I haven't had any of the soreness or stiffness I had from using other pillows. An added bonus I really didn't think was possible -- I haven't been woke up in the middle of the night by being hot or sweating. That in itself is worth the price of this pillow. The pillow has a cool feel to it, but nothing you would notice as being too cold. Amazing how it works so well!
