I purchased this for myself recently because I was waking up with a stiff neck. Regular pillow was not staying supportive to my neck through the night. I saw on TV, The Doctor's, that this particular pillow was great for side sleepers. It works. My neck pain is gone. My husband tried mine and he liked it too, so we bought another. As to the coolness factor, I don't know. Next summer will answer that. The one drawback is that it is a very heavy piece of foam.Customer Review: Amazing pillow

I have never been able to keep and use a pillow for more than a few months as it would not support my head and neck. This pillow is perfect. I sleep on my side and have never slept better. My husband also has neck problems and began to steal my pillow. We now have these pillows for both of us I won't need another I am sure. If I do It will always be one of these Iso Cool and yes it does stay pretty cool when I need to I just flip it over. Ah....Customer Review: I enjoyed it...

The pillow is soft, but firm. It seems to be cool to me (throughout the night) and doesn't overheat, but I keep my place at about 72 degrees F, so I'm not sure if that has an impact or not. It's definitely the best pillow I've had in a while. :D Forewarning, however, it does stink when you first take it out of the package, but let it air out for half a day or so (so take it out in the morning, then when you come back at night, it will be fine).Customer Review: Excellent product

I have trouble finding pillows that work for me. Been through a variety of Tempur-pedic options, none of which quite hit the spot. This one does, in a variety of sleeping positions, and it fits nicely in a conventional pillowcase, unlike the various Tempur-pedic varieties.
It arrived with an unpleasant smell, which disappeared after a couple of days of initial airing out. Not enough to cut a full star from an otherwise excellent product.

I was definitely skeptical about purchasing pillows online, but after reading the reviews, I decided to try these (with the attitude that they can always be returned). These are possibly the best pillows I've ever owned. I was impressed by a review that said the pillow did not have to be "bunched up" to feel full and firm, and had to experience it myself to believe it. TRUE! I'm very happy with the product and consider it a good value.
