After suffering almost weekly neck pain and stiffness, I decided to replace my cheap "wedge" pillow, and picked this one.
What a fantastic product! It is just the right height - much higher than my old one. Sleeping on my side or back is a joy now. The pillow is very substantial and gives just the right amount when you put weight on it.
I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks!

When my husband was 16 he broke his neck in a sledding accident. Now at the age of 62, arthritis has set in and it is very uncomfortible to sleep. We have tried many different pillows, but none were hard enough. We have tried rolling up towels, etc, but this pillow is great. It holds his shape and he doesn't wake up stiff as he used to. I would recommend this pillow to anyone that has a neck, back problem.Customer Review: I've tried virtually every pillow out there... THIS IS IT!

I could write a long elaborate review but I'll cut right to what matters - this is the best pillow I have ever found. I have chronic neck/upper back pain and this pillow is the best thing out there. It backs up every claim and I'm so thankful to have found it after literally dozens of failed attempts to find comfort in a pillow of every size, shape and material. this is the 1st time that I buy a pillow that cost more than $20. Wow!! it was worth the investment. I look forward to go to sleep now since I know that my neck and shoulders are not going to be sore the next morning. The only feature that I didn't understand, was the Iso-Cool feature, but I have never own a memory foam pillow before, so I can't comment on that.Customer Review: No Neck Problems Since!!!!

For several years, I have had issues with my rotator cuff and getting a stiff neck/arthritic neck. Sometimes it would impair me for days despite traditional heating pad followed by ice technique and ibuprofen.
However, since I acquired this pillow about 5 months ago, I have had NO neck problems AT ALL!!!! I love it! I Definitely recommend it!!!
