I am writing this review because it was the other reviews for this product that persuaded me to buy it. I had terrible neck pain and now it is gone. I bought the side sleeper, which is great for me. It holds my head at the perfect level. I used to sleep on down pillows, but I think I am a convert. Down pillows are too soft for me. I love this pillow.Customer Review: Great for side sleepers

The fact that it has "side sleeper" in the name should be a dead giveaway, but this pillow is great for side sleepers. I woke up 2 weeks prior to this purchase with terrible neck pain. I don't like doctors, so I figured I'd wait it out until I caved and figured it was my pillow. Turns out it was, and this pillow made a world of difference.Customer Review: Very comfortable!

I purchased the Gusseted side sleeper, and it took a couple of nights to get used to, but now I sleep like a baby! It's a great pillow. It does stay cool as advertised. Although, I do recommend following the instructions of airing it out for 48 hours, because it does have that new memory foam smell when it first arrives.Customer Review: neck saver

So I brought this pillow after suffering from a lot of neck/shoulder pain. I am a side sleeper (arm extended under pillow, above head. I am also overweight. although I still have some of the pain, I would say this pillow has helped it improve by 75%. I am also tossing and turning less at night. Hope this helpsCustomer Review: Comfy

Probably the best pillow I've ever slept on. I'm a side sleeper with a bad shoulder, so I was looking for something pretty firm. This pillow is dense and keeps my head high enough to take some of the pressure off my shoulder. I didn't notice the obnoxious smell that some reviews complained about.
