This is a great product. The button you press to make it run takes a little bit getting used too if you are used to a regular sewing machine. I look forward to using this little gem in France while visiting my son and his family. They don't have a sewing machine, and this will enable me to do the little mending jobs that keep piling up with three children in the house. For small jobs this machine does the trick. After reading the reviews I realized I probably couldn't sew quilts with this machine but I have fixed the hem on a thin pair of pants and have mended a few items around the house. Gifted this to my mom, she had seen the smaller one (the one like a stapler) somewhere and wanted that one.
But this one is almost like the real deal. Powerful enough for thin clothes...works fine.
