The ChillowPlus product works as advertised. It stays cool longer than I thought which is great for me. Works great on one of the memory foam pillows. I own TWO of the Chillows . One for my head & one for my feet. I put both in a pillow case & the one at my head is on top of my regular pillow. Not a problem.
