I love this fan. It's unbelievably quiet and does a nice job circulating air. It's nice that it can be hung, although I did not do this. The timer is a bit loud, but I never use that. Wow! This fan is very quiet. I often forget that it is even on. It does a great job with circulating the air. It also rotates to different angles too. I was very pleased with my purchase. This fan is great -- quiet, good selection of speeds, low profile color and design. The oscilating feature is different than most fans -- the front "grill" spins to redirect the air, not the entire fan. So you can put it any where without is bumping something when it turns. A friend suggested this fan for my office and I'm glad to have taken her advise. Not only is this fan virtually silent (on the lowest speed), the movement of the front panel keeps a direct air from constantly blowing on me. Really impressed with the quality of this fan, no problems at all, no noises as others described. Very quite/powerful, the oscillator feature is a rare find in this price bracket & is well appreciated. I would highly recommend this little powerhouse.
