Ok, we bought Space Bags for the same reason as most people: save space on seasonal items. We loved the space bags since it did the job. However, I noticed how some people's bags would leak, therefore defeat the purpose. Always follow the instructions. My bags has lines across the bags telling you not to go beyond the mark while stuffing clothes in. This prevents overstuffing and air leaking. It hasn't given me any problems. Once I heard the leaks people were talking about but that's because I tried to overstuff it. Took a coupld of sweaters out and no more leaks. It's been sitting in my closet for 2 weeks now still looking the same when I vacuumed the air out. We're moving in two weeks so we order 14 more bags online. We were satisfied with this product.
