My husband and I have been using the steamer for a month now. We have had no problems. It has actually made our lives so much easier and wish we would have bought it years ago and thrown out the iorn. We use it every morning on my husbands work shirts and it smoothes out the creases with ease. I have used it on several different fabrics and love how well it works. It heats up very fast and we don't have to refill it very often. It is also light weight and easy to move around.Customer Review: Works wonderful on fine fabrics

I bought this for my business, I sell lingerie. It works beautifully on fine silk and fabrics. It takes a little getting used to for achieving optimal results. I am impressed by the quality and price. I like that it is smaller & more portable than the big industrial ones.
I am so happy with it I am buying one for home. It is perfect for quickly steaming out wrinkles. It heats up fast and I love not having to drag out my iron & ironing board for one shirt.

My roommate had this steamer when we lived together and I had never used one before. It worked so well that I knew I had to get one of my own when we went our separate ways. I liked hers so much that I called her to ask her the exact brand and model and now I have my own. I only use it for a couple minutes at a time so I'm not sure how it works over a long time period but it works perfectly for what I need. I've already used this product a lot and I just got it. Steamed some velvet upholstery fabric very nicely. Set up was very easy and I've used it on clothes for work in the morning - much faster and easier than ironing. Good for getting wrinkles out but not for getting crisp creases - you still need an iron for that. I also bought this particular model because of the heat of the steam - hoping to steam furniture and household fabric to reduce allergens.Customer Review: GREAT PRODUCT,VERY EASY

this was the first time i ever purchase a steamer,and i have to say im very pleased.i rarely ever use my iron now.it doesn't leave water all over your cloths or damage any material.and i also love how long i can use it without filling it back up.i do wish the hose was a little looser it is a little stiff at times,but after 5-8 minutes it's really piable.overall it's a great investment,i haven't ruined anymore cloths and im saving lots of time
