This water filter was a miracle for me. I had been getting a full body rash sporadically throughout any time of the year for about 2 years. I had tried switching all kinds of products, soap, detergent, shampoo, lotion, even birthcontrol. People started telling me "Maybe you are allergic to your husband." because the rash started around the time I got married. But also around the time I got married, I moved to a new city. I started thinking maybe it was the water. So, I went on-line and found this product and I haven't stopped using it since. And, guess what? NO more rash!! Occasionally, if I don't replace the filter soon enough I will start to get bumps so I have to keep up with the replacements. I recommend this product to anyone having skin issues or topical skin allergies. Scary to think what is in our water today with all the pollution.Customer Review: What a difference in my skin!

I installed the filter in less than 10 minutes, and I am not handy whatsoever. I have only used it for two days, but there is quite a difference in my skin and hair already. Much softer and feels really clean! So far, I'm very happy with this filter. Of note, my 0-ring was missing, and I called Aquasauna because there was a small drip from where it attaches to the pipe, and they are sending me out an 0-ring and say that will do the trick. It's sturdy and has several flow settings, with very good flow. I recommend it, and only wish I had gotten one sooner. Now to find a good drinking water filter (I don't read good reviews on their drinking water filter), so looking elsewhere for that. But, the shower filter is terrific! My skin and hair are much better off without chlorine, and my itchy dry skin is improving quickly.Customer Review: A Cure for Over-Chlorinated Water !

This filter provides a genuine alternative to expensive water softening and purification systems. It attaches easily to the shower head; installation is under five minutes, even for the mechanically-challenged!

Carbon effectively removes harsh chlorine and other impurities so your skin and hair are simply clean, not robbed of vital moisture through chlorine's bleaching action.

Upon moving to Florida almost 2 years ago I discovered the water is very hard and foul smelling. After researching water filters I took a friends advise and decided to buy this shower filter as well as the countertop for my kitchen. If I believe in a product I will recommend it, I recommend this company's products.. Since I have been using this filter my hair and skin is noticeably softer. I work 12 hr nights on my feet in a hospital,I can't wait to get home to take a shower, the water is so soft, clean and refreshing. The adjustable head is a huge help since I have very long hair I can adjust to a powerful stream. I also don't have to keep track of the date to change the filters, Aquasana sends me the replacements every 6 months, and yes, they are easy to install.Customer Review: Highly recommend!

I have long, chemically treated hair. Ever since I moved to LA it has been severely dry and brittle b/c of the chlorine and minerals in the water. I've tried expensive shampoos & conditioner but nothing helped until now. This water filter is AWESOME! It's the ONLY thing that has helped and makes such a big difference! My hair feels SO much softer, and even looks cleaner. I noticed it after 1 wash! I never write reviews, but I was so excited about this I had to share. It was easy to install and the initial carbon residue flushes out in a couple minutes as described in the directions. I was concerned about losing water pressure, but it's great. If you have long, dry hair and live in a big city you should definitely try this. It's worth every penny.
