This product does seem to do everything claimed -- I don't have any more chlorine in my water. I was pleased that it was pretty easy to install (once I managed to get off the old showerhead, which wasn't easy!). The water pressure coming out of it is great too, it does not restrict water flow. Also, it has an adjustable head so you can have a regular stream or a massage -- I didn't even realize this when I ordered it. Bonus!Customer Review: Excellent!

Highly recommended for reducing tap water pollutants and increasing water softness! After applying this filter and trying it out I was amazed at the difference. The water was quite soothing and soft on the skin. After my shower I could tell my skin was not dry and stripped of it's oil and felt nourished.
Great buy! Don't waste your money on more expensive brands, this works as expected!

This shower filter is awesome! I just moved into my apartment and have always had soft water prior to this. The filter really helped with my hair (It was getting dry and brittle) and my skin isn't as dry and ashy. I just wish they would give an estimate for the life of the filter for a single person. I have no idea how long the filter will last...guess I'll just wait till my hair starts to get dry again? :)Customer Review: Initial Impression

I will update this review if anything changes, but my first impression is great! Installation was easy, no leaks or problems, the water quality is high, and the pressure is perfect. I was expecting to put up with lower shower pressure in order to have filtered water, but the pressure is just as high as my previous unfiltered shower head. I bought one of their shower filters a while back, and it is great! I already have soft water, but this filters out all kinds of crap. And the shower spray head that comes with it is really nice too. It feels like you are showering in natural spring water. It leaves your hair and skin squeaky clean! And you should see the thick lather you get with your shampoo. I highly recommend it!!
