This is a very sturdy little shovel! For those of you that have younger children that want to help or are of a smaller size this shovel is great. It is very sturdy and easy to use like the bigger version I have for myself, not a back breaker. I have sons who are 12 and can still use it as well as an adult daughter who helped out with it a bit because we only have one larger shovel. This shovel may say kids, but it is definitely easier on an adult's arms and back to use a smaller shovel like this. Gets the job done and is quite sturdy. Works perfect for snow removal on my deck and steps.Can even chip away some ice too. My husband uses the snowblower on the driveway, and I do the steps and deck with this. It's a nice small shovel. I bought this so my young daughters could feel like they were helping me shovel snow and found they could actually use it to shovel snow and clear parts of the path to the driveway. It's fairly sturdy and i've used it once to clear a small area on my deck when I didn't want to get out the "big" snow shovel.Customer Review: super product

This snowy winter we bought this for our grandson 4 yrs. to help shovel. Perfect size and fit. He brought it home, so we bought another for our house. Kept him busy and happy all winter. My 2 and 5 year old desperately wanted to help shovel snow this winter season, and we were unable to find small shovels for them locally. I went online here and bought these and they were delivered very promptly. The kids are thrilled and now we're waiting for another big snow so they can "help" mom & dad.
