This is the best purchase I have made in many years. I can't say enough about how good it works at removing smoke and tobacco odors in a fairly good size room. I've bought other so-called air cleaners and wound up putting them out for the trash. Not to mention the money I save on expensive room deodorant sprays (which never really work anyway as they only mask the smell for an hour or so). It feels good to come home and not smell cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in the door. Do not hesitate to buy it. My daughter used to wake up with a runny nose every morning, even with our central air conditioning on. Since using this purifier that has not occurred for over 2 weeks.
This unit has the same coverage as the S3000, but is smaller and quieter.

I bought my first 3000 series purifier 3 years ago and it has ran 24/7 365 with no problems and excellent results. There is myself who is a smoker and 3 dogs in a 500 sq.ft apt. with no odors at all !! Need I say more ?Customer Review: Best Air Purifier Ever

I now own three of these and will be adding a 4th for my office. We run one 24/7/365 in the basement of our turn-of-the-century house, and it does wonders in eliminating any sense of mold or mustiness.
