Customer Review: Incredibly Bad Shipping

Nothing wrong with the register.
A little thinner metal than the older ones in my house, but well painted.
It's really a good buy for $5.99.
$6.76 for shipping. Okay, you pay for convenience.
But it came in a 5 cent envelope with no padding.
One corner is bent about 30 degrees for an inch and a half, the side crimps crinkled.
I can straighten it "almost" flat and hammer tap in the crinkles, but it will never look "new." I paid for "new."
I won't blame post office machinery.
This relatively heavy piece of metal with produding thin parts in a thin envelope is an invitation to bend a corner, probably just tumbling the corner in between rollers on a conveyor.
Should be shipped in a cardboard box.
Maybe mine being bent was a 1:1000 chance.
Do you feel lucky today?
Since this is the only review here, you probably will be lucky.
But I wasn't lucky, so here's my bad review.
