I purchased the wireless driveway alarm and an extra sensor for my husband for Christmas. We have a fairly long driveway with obstructions from view inside our house and did not know when someone would be entering our property. This item has been wonderful! We mounted the sensor on a tree 1/2 way down our driveway and an extra sensor that I had also ordered and mounted it above a garage door which is right next to our entryway. The first sensor beeps once to alert us of an incoming vehicle and the second sensor beeps twice to alert us that someone is coming to our entry door. We are very pleased with the wireless REPORTER driveway sensor!Customer Review: Great alarm! Peace of mind!!!

I have my business in front of our home. About a month ago someone pulled into my shop's parking lot (while we were at our home) and stole our dog, (who is our life). Thanks to many prayers, we found her the next day. When I am in my shop, I can hear when someone pulls up. But in my home, I can't. One of my customers told me about this driveway alarm. Now anytime someone pulls in our driveway, the alarm buzzes in our home. This is wonderful for security!! And also for those customers that come after hours or on weekends!! The Chamberlain alert system gives us peace of mind knowing that no one can sneak up to our property again!!!Customer Review: Works great!

I highly recommend "the reporter". I'm using it for my driveway- the motion sensor is set up about 200ft from the house and the signal has to travel through 150ft of woods, through a six inch exterior wall, and an interior wall with no reception problems. I have had zero false alarms from small animals and there are lots of them here in the woods. I haven't had any false alarms from cb interference even though my house is close to a highway. The external relay contacts could be used to turn on a light or to trigger some other device like an existing alarm system. It's made well and easy to set up.Customer Review: Great product for a comparitevly low price.

Have had this unit for a couple of month. Works great without any problems. The sensitivity range is specified to be 30 feet, but this seems to be dependent on the temperature as this is a PIR sensor and when tested it worked 20 to 25 feet for me. Don't know about the range between the sensor and base station as mine are at most 60 feet apart. Used in detecting a person passing a certain area. Uses a single tone (one beep for sensor one, two beeps sensor two etc.) and has no volume adjustment; the newly released CWA2000 allows for volume adjustment. We recently purchased this item to replace one of the cheaper ones sold on TV that didn't work. This product is far superior and does a good job for us. It doesn't pick up birds and animals but always catches the cars or someone walking or mowing. When my husband is working in the yard I can mute it for an hour and it comes back on without you having to remember to turn it on, a great feature. It is a great safety item and alerts you whenever someone comes up the driveway. We only got one receiver and now wish we'd have bought an extra. I highly recommend this product!
