This is an awesome product, much needed for EVERY BODY. I am a massage therapist and I recently suffered a bulged disk. This has helped me to heal much more effectively. I spend about 2 hours a day (or longer) in my car. The seats in my car are not that comfortable and in turn, have amplified the pain I experience from sciatica. I am on my third or fourth Tush Cush--I commute long distances in an elderly Toyota with bad seats. Before I got my first one, my lower back would hurt so badly from driving I was almost in tears. I do a lot of sitting and typing for work, and often got cramps in my back, and numbness in my legs. With this cushion, my legs don't get numb, and my posture at the computer seems improved. Definitely worth trying if you get stiff from sitting at a desk all day. Fast shipping too!
