Customer Review: Fabulous for hardwood floors !

I have no carpeting in my home except for a few are rugs. This is the 2ns Swivel Sweeper I have purchased, and I highly recommend it.
I just threw out a major brand of sweeper (Eureka) which was supposed to be a whiz at cleaning hardwood floors. Nope! It might pick up, for example, cat food IF the nozzle hole was EXACTLY over the kibble, and even then, it was iffy.
This Swivel Sweeper picks up cat hair, cat food, dust and debris better than anything else I've tried. IT's lightweight, powerful enough to do the job, inexpensive and lasts a long time. It also does a good job on low-pile carpeting such as area rugs,,,I imagine it would be good on regular carpeting, too... probably not as the major vacuum but ceertainly for quick pick-ups.
Do not hesitate to buy this!

I honestly only have had this sweeper for a day now. But having charged it for 8 hours initially and swept up on both rugs and bare floors I can tell you that I am impressed. I think this is going to fit in well with my tool box of cleaning aides. If you use this to augment your regular vacuum then I think you will love this sweeper. It is not a replacement and shouldn't be intended as one, for your vacuum.
But I have a three year old and he is always dropping food and making a mess at meals. So this is a much better option then lugging out the old heavy vacuum everyday for a small spill.
I would recommend and I think the the touchless and magnet storage feature are just icing on the cake. I am considering buying another one for our second and third floors.

I like this sweeper because:
1. I don't have to drag out the vacuum and mess with the cord.
2. It gets under cabinets and furniture that my vacuum misses.
3. It is light and easy to move around.
4. It is quiet.
5. It picks up stuff that I don't want to bend over and touch.
6. It empties easily.
Dislikes:
1. Hair gets wrapped around the mechanism, must be cut away.
2. Dust builds up in housing, must be blown off or wiped out.
3. The power switch is down too low, my wife said. You have to bend over to turn it on.
4. One of the nylon sliders popped off when I vacuumed my home gym, but it clipped back on and hasn't come off since then.
Buy one, they are really great!!!

This is a picker upper .. not a full cleaning device for your house. Works great on any surface but the best on hardwood, or any smooth surface. The batery life is around 40 45 the time given so no lies their, people have been reviewing saying can not hold a charge and thats because they over charge it, it is supposed to charge for 6-8 hours but can not be leaved in charging for more than 24 hours straight. So those are the guidelines. Cleaning this thing is not a hassle they give you this great cleaning tool, and i can be done in 3-4 min flat. This is a great device, for a great price. Perfect for under the high chair. Light and easy enough to maneuver while holding a baby. If you don't have a dog to eat table scraps that fall from the table, this is the next best thing. I am very pleased with its performance.
