If you're looking for something powerful yet easy to handle, this is a great choice. I've got this and the M30 triton. While you can't compare these 250 lumens to the Triton M30's 700 lumens, this is still my preferred choice to carry around comfortably. Light output will be more than enough for regular needs. I had some minor problems in time with spring (so to speak.. it's not actually a spring, but rather a metal little knob thing) within tailcap loosening and rendering the "twist" mechanism (which sets the mode on the flashlight) close to impossible (it would jump from Low to Hight to Flickering upon just touching it, rendering it hard to set at the desired position). The M30 has a side button which makes this easier (I'm not to fon of the twist mechanism) but the flashlight comes entirely apart, and once I figures it needed a firm twist with a screwdriver because it had just loosened a bit, it started working fine. I have dropped it a few times pretty hard and it withstands perfectly, even after the force of the drop was hard enough for the aluminum to be marked. It is a recommendable purchase.
