After discovering this, I've constantly sung its praises and recommended it to friends.
I've used it in my trailer when I was stationed in Baghdad and had some curious ants decide to move in- they were gone within a couple days and never returned.
Most recently I brought a couple of these traps in to work when the pro kept having to come back to spray time and again (without success) when the break-room and an adjoining office was invaded by a swarm of ants and a can of raid used by an office mate failed to produce any results other than headaches because there wasn't ventilation. I simply brought in a couple traps, snipped the openings, placed them in their path, and smiled because I knew how good these worked. The next day the swarm was all over the traps and inside... it really is like a party for them. There were many dead ants circled around the traps by the end of the day. The following morning there was 0 activity. They took the bait back to the queen and there hasn't been a live ant seen since. These traps never cease to amaze me or the people who witness their devastating effect.
I've also used the outdoor version and had success with that.
