I needed a new chair to basically live in while i finished writing papers at home. I got this and it saved my back. Looks better than in the picture (in my opinion), comfortable back support (for me), gas lift and rollers work fine. took me about half an hour plus to assemble but fairly straightforward. good deal.Customer Review: Good looking, and good for the back!

I had been using a backless chair at my computer desk for several months...and as a English major at college, this was putting real strain on my back and knees. Finally I decided I needed something better, and ordered this chair...a little nervous about getting something sight-unseen.
The quality of the chair is pretty high. It took about fifteen minutes to assemble, the instructions were pretty clear, and the chair looks great. The padding is quite comfortable.
You should be aware that the armrests on this chair cannot be adjusted, and this has led to my one small gripe, that if you weigh over 200lbs (I'm 6foot 1inch and 234) you won't really be able to move your legs around much. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I figured people should know.

This chair came well packed and had all the materials I needed, including wrenches and screwdrivers;
It goes together in minutes and is very comfortable and perfedt for my use, which is at a computer console.
I would highly recommed this item at this price.

The chair is ok. The back is not as high as I thought it was, however, so far the chair is comfortable. The instructions don't indicate you need to take a hammer to slightly tap the wheels in, then you can push. Do not take the little wire around the top of the wheel off, that is what holds the wheel in the slot. The reason I mention this is because an earlier review said the wheels kept coming out. I took the little wire off on one wheel because I thought it was blocking the hole to get in; the wheel fell out. Then I got a hammer, tapped another wheel in, pushed and it snapped in place. It would have taken me 15 minutes to put together, except I had to figure out about the wheels.Customer Review: Office chair

Nice chair, but if you are a little on the heavy side the arms could extend a little further. Other than that it's good.
