Customer Review: Agree with the rest, poor quality control

I ordered 2 of them, one has a purplish hue, and one much closer to white light. Neither of them as bright as I expected, but that's a subjective assessment. The batteries are really hard to put in, and even harder to take out. The appearance of the build quality is pretty good though, its a solid little unit, however the other problems make me wish I got something better.
