bought this for my wife. got it in the mail yesterday.
comes in 3 pieces (base, shaft, & top tree part), which all screw together easily and painlessly.
you have to spread the limbs out a little bit (give them a little bend), but that's no biggie and is to be expected because of the packaging.
the clips are nice. they dont squeeze your pictures (and ergo don't crease or damage them). the clips are actually a paddle on one side, to help spread the pressure out a little bit. it's a design feature by someone who knew what they were doing.
we're happy to have this.
