Legs do indeed come as one piece now, which is good. There were few other options out there for an over-the-toilet-tank table, and I am glad I went for this one.
It's cheap and it provides extra storage. Does have some wobble to it if you bump it with your elbow or something, so I wouldn't recommend putting fragile valuables on there (I decided against putting my expensive shaver there). But if you really want to use it for that purpose, you could probably come up with a way to tether the table to the wall.

Takes up very little space but provided the shelf I needed. With the assistance of a electric screwdriver, I had this up in about 3 minutes. The legs do come in two parts however, there are tiny holes in the pegs to indicate where the screws go. I almost didn't order this table because I am not good at assembly and usually require help. Upon arrival I decided to try to assemble it myself. It was completely put together in 15 minutes!! This item is exactly what I've been looking for. I managed to even find a boutique tissue box from another site to match--pending delivery. Aside from that, I don't mind the legs shown in two pieces at all. I do feel the price is too steep for the item, but I haven't found anything similar to it. I plan on adding maybe a scarf or something draped over and down the sides.
