This product appears to have been previously used. They were slightly dirty and there were some tiny tiny chips in the plastic. All in all, it was acceptable for the $3.99 price tag and it beats buying the $19.99 all in one converters that only handle one plug. I would rate my experience average or fair, but acceptable.Customer Review: Good till it broke.

The converter plug worked very well until I dropped it(about 18 inches) when removing it from the socket. It came apart and was no longer usable.
