The drive belt, just like every belt made, stretches with use so the new belt always appears smaller than the existing. This item is the same as described. The seller is cooperative and polite. He responds quickly whenever you need any advice from him. My Vacuum is running good after I mounted this correct sized belt in it. The money you spend on the item really worth it.
