Tools and Hardware Reviews of Sheet Pan Half Size - 12-7/8'' x 17-3/4'' Heavy Duty, 13 Gauge

Customer Review: Excellent pan!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I also chose this pan because of the recommendation on America's Test Kitchen. I preheated this pan at 475 and baked honey drizzled sweet potatoes on it. It didn't stick, was easy to clean..and most definitely didn't warp. I noticed the picture someone posted of their pan that warped. The bottom of mine looks different. It says No. 5303, Lincoln-Wearever. Fort Wayne, In. Made in USA 2007-4. I wondered if maybe they had received a different pan. This pan was everything America's Test Kitchen said it would be. I have no regrets at all..it's as close to perfect as a 1/2 sheet pan can be!

Customer Review: NICE sheet pan!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I did read the recommendation for this pan in Cooks Illstr'd and was intrigued. I read most of the Amazon comments but still had to try it and what a delightful pan this is!!! have thus far made cookies and bisquits on it (never over 400 degrees yet) and they've been perfecto! My Walmart/Target bought cookie sheets that are darker than night always need parchment or a silicone sheet. no need on this one...yet! if you like to cook and like nice color on the bottom of your baked goods then this sheet pan is for you! easy clean up and no warping thus far!!

This pan is just what I ordered. Lincoln Foodservice 5314 12-7/8-by-17-3/4-Inch Heavy-Duty Sheet Pan was rated the best by America's Test Kitchen and that is what it is. Extra heavy professional, 13 gauge pan. Amazon sent it so fast that I received it the same week I ordered. The pan is marked Wear-Ever, but that is the company that makes Lincoln Foodservice pans. The paper sticker says Lincoln Foodservice. I ordered two pans a couple of weeks ago for my daughter and they were so great I had to have one for myself. Thanks so much,

Customer Review: GREAT PAN
Summary: 5 Stars

This really is an outstanding product. The aluminum is extra thick and yet light. Because it is not nonstick, I do not have to treat the pan with special care. Cookies baked at high or low temps are perfect and absolutely no warpage occurs at higher temps, even with convection oven.
I have purchased the medium duty version from a professional supply in the past and it does not compare.
If the supplier had handled my order promptly I would not have tried the other version, but as it turns out the comparison is nice to see.

Customer Review: Great Pans
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought these pans to make cookies for my staff over the holidays. The pans went in and out of the oven for 24 hours over the course of two days, making multiple batches of five kinds of cookies at various temperatures. I used parchment paper and didn't take the pans over 350, so they still look unused... even the sticker I had overlooked on the bottom was in reasonably good shape. :)
Per other reviews, mine had the "bad" stock number, but I have nothing but good things to say about these pans.
