I bought 3 baking sheets after reading the Cooks Illustrated review too. I was cautious after reading the bad reviews on Amazon but there were enough good reviews to sway me. Using my new sheets plus one of my "old" aluminum sheets, I compared the outcome. The Lincoln product produced a perfect cookie--good shape, even color, and uniform baking. (I threw away my old sheets and purchased another Lincoln so I can bake on two at a time and have the other two ready to pop in the oven!)Customer Review: Americas test kitchen was right again

after wasting money on cheap walmart pans that I thought were good enough to bake with I finally spent the money on these half pan baking sheet and I now make better roasts lamb, or just about everything you want to cook on these pans better and best of all, no warpage. If you care to read the review of the test kitchen just go there and look at all the equipment tested. I will buy these again, even at the $17 price

After reading prior reviews I was uncertain as to which pan Cooks Illustrated was actually recommending, but I went ahead and purchased this one and it IS the heavy gauge; it says Wearever on the back; did not warp at 425 degrees (the highest temperature at which I have used the pans); and performed in a manner consistent with the recommendations. After so many years of using flimsy sheet pans, these heavy duty ones are too good to be true. My old ones would buckle with a loud bang every time they went into the oven, and they looked like a big rusty mess. I bought these 13 gauge pans because they were highly recommended by Cooks Illustrated, and they do not disappoint. Easy to clean and reasonably priced.Customer Review: So far so good

I purchased this sheet pan based on the reviews on America's test kitchen and so far it is working great. It is easy to clean and did not warp. We are a family of six and cook at home almost every night so the pan has been used often with a variety of foods from cookies to frozen breaded tilapia. We are very happy with our new purchase and are buying a second.
