I was surprised at the thickness and durability of these sheet pans. They are extremely durable and definately do not warp with even the most intense heat. I ordered this product based on a review and recommendation in a recent issue of Cook's Illustrated. I have not been disappointed. It is truly "heavy duty," as advertised. This pan is great. It is sturdy and due to it's size and the good sized edge it is useful for all sorts of applications. These sheet pans are simply the best. They are rigid with no flex (a very rare thing for sheet pans) and are made of solid aluminum. Additionally, they are priced at a very fair price. Some brands of high end models cost two-to-four times more. Great Value!Customer Review: Cook Appreciator

I've used the pan only three times but with Christmas at hand, I'll use it for baking.
