We live in the Northeast where it gets quite dry in the winter due to heating - it makes sleeping far more comfortable. We are big fans of the Vornado humidifiers - we have one in each bedroom. Depending on your water quality, these wicks will need to be changed anywhere between every 2-4 months. If not, the humidifier is far less efficient and will not properly humidify the rooms.Customer Review: Real Filters Quickly and Efficiently

When I read the review from Carl in Chicago, I worried about if I was getting real filters or fakes. When I opened the box I was pleased to find real Vornado filters. At $10 a box, I find it a good deal. You may be able to find them cheaper elsewhere, but, you know what, my time NOT having to find a retailer is well worth the couple bucks I would save by looking all over the place.Customer Review: Perfect filter!

I have a very basic Vornado room humidifier for the bedroom. Initially, when buying replacement filters, I chose the generic ones due to cost, but the fit was quite loose. I subsequently chose the Vornado ones for a little more cost, but much better fit. These are perfect; I have used them for years. Highly recommended!Customer Review: The best I've used

I use Vornado replacement wicks because I was cautioned against using after-market wicks by the owner of the music store I shop in. He tried them in the past to save a couple of bucks but found that they didn't last nearly as long as the factory replacement wicks. I needed to replace the wicks....Well no luck so I found them on your website,Amazon! the Vornado wicks are not readily available
