We've been using this replacement filter for about two months and are very happy with the performance so far. Make sure to run the recommended amount of water through before drinking - the initial output was very cloudy, but tasted fine. We did notice that some little pieces of filter came loose in the water (like tiny threads) for awhile, but no problems after the first couple of weeks.Customer Review: Compatible with my refrigerator

The replacement filters installed with no problems and appear to be functioning the same as the OEM product. Taste and appearance of the water is clear however actual filtration performance of this filter is difficult to determine without testing. I was unable to find any research testing on these filters but so far after 3 months they appear to be working as advertised.Customer Review: a great bargain
