I bought this shower head after I moved into a rental house and the one that was installed was to short for my husband. We love this. Although, it could dispense a little bit more water it is still great. It was easy to install and if you leave it in the same position it doesn't sag. I've had 2 of these shower heads...one broke when I tried to take it off to paint the bathroom, and Waterpik was WONDERFUL and sent me a new one with no problem. The second has been great for 2 years now. Some guests have complained that it's not the angled direction they're used to, but I love it!!Customer Review: It's the best!

I just got one of these off my registry, and am crazy about it. It took about a minute to install (and I'm an idiot when it comes to stuff like this). If I can put this thing in properly, anyone can. This shower head is so good I bought two - even though Amazon.com couldn't ship to the UK, and Amazon.co.uk doesn't stock it !!
It gives a nice wide strong stream, which is easily directed with the flexi-hose.
Self installation very easy.
