Customer Review: It's a great shower head, but tricky to install!

I don't know why most of the reviews are so negative. Mine works perfectly, it does not flip-flop, does not drop down and you can remove those thingies inside to make the water pressure higher for a more soothing shower experience.
Reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have what is called a "diverter valve" attached to my shower head. The waterpik is meant to be installed DIRECTLY onto the shower head itself. I could not do that, because I have a portable "wand" that is moveable via hose connected to the valve and noticed that the threading is too short for the waterpik to latch on to.
Went to Home Depot and got an extension and a coupling, kind of ingenious and used lots of pipe tape to "interface" the waterpik via the extension, via the coupling ONTO the diverter valve..... Wow! NO LEAKS! Works PERFECTLY.
For those of you out there that has a diverter valve for more then one showerhead option, go to Home Depot, Lowe's or a hardware store and what I wrote above will work as it did for me.

I've had this showerhead for over three years. I stumbled across it here on amazon because now I'm looking for a new one with a hand held option so I can wash my dog more easily in the shower. If I hadn't adopted a dog, I probably would continue using the waterpik indefinitely.
After reading some of the reviews, I just wanted to chime in and say that I've never had any issue with sagging. It stays where I put it. The swiveling arm is quite sturdy and stiff, and it has always stayed in place. I only use the rain option, not the other option (where water only comes out the middle gray part at a higher pressure), which I think has rather limited utility. I think it cleans quite thoroughly in rain mode, contrary to what some other people wrote. Perhaps this depends on your water pressure, and on whether you left the flow-limiting piece in (I took it out).

I live in an apartment and have a TERRIBLE water heater! I could barely take a 5 minute shower w/o having to jump out before I froze to death. Even though I tried turning the heater up, It still didn't make much a difference. My fiance and I registered for this shower head, and got it as a wedding gift. We love it! It saves so much water that we can now both actually get showers, and be able to enjoy them. I would definitely recommend this one. It hasn't drooped at all either. The only thing I would maybe change about it would be the pressure. We went from having very hard pressure to just moderate. I wouldn't trade it for anything though!Customer Review: We like it...

I love taking long showers, so I think the showerhead is an important part of the experience. This one is really nice because the rain setting really does feel like rain. Some people say the water pressure on this setting doesn't rinse the soap off, but if you stand out in the rain, wouldn't you have a hard time rinsing soap off? The setting is for those of us who really just enjoy standing under the water. The 2nd setting is for rinsing the soap off. And for how easy it is to switch back and forth, I wouldn't be complaining. No problems with the product sagging or leaking at our place. Good product!Customer Review: No problems so far

I bought the showerhead a few days ago and, so far, I love it. While it isn't *really* like being drenched in a rainshower, it certainly is a more enjoyable experience than my smaller regular showerhead.I don't see any sagging problem but I've only had the unit installed for a few days. I don't think I'll be moving the flexible handle very much, though, so I don't expect the unit to begin sagging on its own. And, so far, no leakage issues.
If performance deteriorated in the coming weeks I'll revise my review.
