I bought this model to replace one of about 4 years old. It's the same brand, but the quality is noticeably worse. It's lightweight and cheap looking/feeling. The hose is shorter, too. I paid less for my old Waterpik and the quality and construction were much better. I am completely unimpressed with this thing. I'm not sure what I'll do with it. What a joke. More money for a poorer performing, lower quality product is NOT what I was expecting from a well-known brand like this. I'll make sure I see them in the store before I buy something like this again online. I got duped!
