Tools and Hardware Reviews of Waterpik SM 623 Original 6-Mode Massage Showerhead, ChromeCustomer Review: Great shower! Summary: 5 Stars
I love this showerhead...loved it so much I bought another one for the guest bathroom!
Customer Review: Quality Product Summary: 4 Stars
The Waterpik shower head is a quality product. It works well in a 60PSI environment, which is what we needed. he price at Amazon made this a real value.
Customer Review: Looks cheap and requires too much water pressure Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this after reading several positive online reviews and noting that it has a lifetime warranty.
Upon opening the package, I was struck by how cheap the construction looked -- it looked like chrome plated cheap plastic.
After installing it, I was severely disappointed by the lack of massaging. None of the modes produce much power -- at most, they feel like someone lightly tapping your back with their fingers.
It does have the ability to remove the water saver valve, but I don't want to do that since I would then be using considerably more water.
I tried to contact the manufacturer to see if I had a defective unit that could be replaced under the lifetime warranty, but they only provide a "snail mail" address.
Had I bought this product locally, I would have returned it. But Amazon's return policy says it is for unopened/unused products, so I guess I am stuck with it.
This is one product I would recommend NOT buying via mail order. Go look at it in a local store, and verify that you can return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.

well, it prob would have worked very well b/c i had this kind recently at a hotel stay and it was great. but, the connector is made of plastic and i broke it trying to install it. look for a different faucet by waterpic that isn't plastic.
Customer Review: Not impressed. Summary: 2 Stars
I purchased this shower head along with some other items. When I took it out of the package it was hard not to notice that it was cheaply made. The unit gave you the impression it was going to fall apart in your hands. I put it in the master bath. When I used it, I found you had to hold the stationary part of it to turn the dial to select a spray pattern. If you didn't the whole thing would turn. I was afraid to tighten it to much to the outlet pipe for fear of cracking it. I put the old one back up and put this one in the spare bath. I gave it two stars because water did come out of it, but that's about it.
