Fairly easy to install, doesnt appear to leak at joint. water pressure is reduced a bit and none of the settings increase pressure. I got this from Amazon.com for $23. The quality is acceptable at this price. Installation is very easy and just took me 10 minutes. I like it and I will get another one to replace the shower head for my other bathroom.Customer Review: Great bargain

This thing puts out the water. I only use one setting, but I'm quite happy with how well it works. It feels a bit cheap, but I'd buy again.
