I ordered the factory reconditioned weed eater FX26 with the idea it would be like my old one that I had had for several years. I bought it through a factory reconditioned traveling unit that came though our area. I never had a minutes trouble with my old unit until this past year when the tubes from the gas tank just rotted and fell off. I assumed it was time to get a new unit so I found this one and ordered it. It came in a reasonably amount of time but when I took it out of the box the shaft was bent in places it was not supposed to be bent. I immediately called where I ordered it from and was given another number to call. There also I was given another number to call, after about 4 attempts I finally reached the right number. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and said she would have another unit sent to me right away. I received it within 3 days. It was in good condition but I am having trouble getting it to feed. I have talked to a friend of mine and he suggested changing gas tanks which I plan to do when I get the time. Other wise the unit looks to be in perfect condition as the old saying goes (as good as new). I'm sure I will be able to work out the minor details and have the unit working when I really need it. I can't say enough good things about the way the order was handled and I will definately trade again with Amazon should I need an item that they handle.
