Description of Weiman Leather Wipes-30 ct

Weiman Leather Wipes were designed to clean, condition and protect leather. The natural cleaners and oils rejuvenate and moisturize leather, while the UVX-15 sunscreen protects it from the damaging effects of the sun.

In addition to your leather furniture, Leather Wipes are great for use on leather coats, shoes, briefcases, luggage, car interiors, and even wood furniture and cabinets.

Customer Review: Work Great But Must Understand Limitations
Summary: 4 Stars

These work great. They really rejuvenate older leather and make it look like new. There are a couple of things to keep in mind though.

First, one small wipe contains a lot of cleanser and it will tend to saturate whatever you are cleaning. I recommend having a number of leather items handy to clean so as to not waste the cloth or over saturate the item you are cleaning. For example, with one wipe I was able to clean one big and tall XXL leather men's jacket, a briefcase, an iPad case and an iPod case. I used a second wipe to clean the four leather seats in my SUV and some leather trim. One cloth goes a long way!

Second, it is best to allow some time for the item you cleaned to sit awhile before using it. Around 24 hours is what I have found. If you are using it on leather car seats or a couch it takes awhile to dry and the smell (although citrus) is a little strong.

Third, as with all wipes, they will eventually dry out if not used. I have been fine up to 2.5 years and if you can't make it through a full container in that time period, you might end up with some wasted dried out product.
