Tools and Hardware Reviews of Westinghouse 03466 Nanolux 3-Watt G19 LED Bulb, WhiteCustomer Review: Very blue, pricey Summary: 3 Stars
Yes, the light from the 3W Nanolux White bulb is very blue. The light is a bit pricey -- I'm hoping the price will come down over time. I'm also hoping for brighter versions of the bulb moving forward. It is not a light you could comfortably read under, but it makes for good accent lighting.
Customer Review: Nanolux 3-Watt G19 LED Bulb Summary: 3 Stars
'Nanolux' is the correct description, meaning very very small lux..or lumens. Only suitable for a small reading light, to me looks equivalent to a 10 or 20 Watt regular light bulb. But uses very low power! 3W! But we are using it in a small lamp for reading at light and it works fine.
Customer Review: Not using the newest leds Summary: 3 Stars
Led light bulbs are just starting to surface, but they are using 20-50 lumens/watt leds, rather then newer and more efficient leds, like a Cree Q5 which produces 100 lumens/watt and a pure white light. Lots of work to done to get this new technology up to speed, but it is the future.
Customer Review: OK in rough service Summary: 3 Stars
Purchased for the lamp in garage door opener. Because of the motor vibration regular lamps don't last and CF don't stand a chance. Just need enough light to get to the switch on the wall. This lamp works well enough for that. It is not by any measure a bright lamp.
Customer Review: No, they're pretty dim. Summary: 3 Stars
I was hoping for better. I had to shoehorn them into my refrigerator, and even with two, you can't see the back of the bottom shelf of a counter-depth refrigerator.
However, I will trade it for the two 40-watt heat lamps that used to be in there.
